The injection molded spectacle frames are rough, with burrs on the edges, not smooth enough. Larger burrs need to be treated in a targeted manner, manually polished to smoother, and then put into the vibration machine for overall grinding.
5. Cleaning and drying: Ensuring the sunglasses are free of any debris
The surface of the spectacle frame that has been polished and trumbled will have dust and other impurities adsorbed on it. It needs to be thoroughly cleaned to ensure that there are no sundries on the surface of the spectacle frame. After cleaning, it is also necessary to dry the glasses frame.
