3. Material Selection and Technical Engineering Selection
- Confirm the materials and manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding, stamping, or hand polishing).
- Confirm lens functionality (e.g., polarized, blue light blocking) and surface treatments (e.g., anti-reflective, scratch-resistant).
- Guarantees that the materials chosen meet global quality and environmental requirements (such as FDA clearance or CE certification).
- Conduct engineering analysis to identify improvements and quality control points for mass production.
4. Mass Production
- Use the approved prototype as the basis for mass manufacturing, including personalised eyewear for huge orders or bulk sunglasses with branding.
- Strict quality control at each step, including cutting, assembly, and surface treatment, to assure superior quality in the final product.
- Intermediate quality control is performed according to engineering quality standards.
5. Brand Personalization
- Add brand elements, such as logo engraving, printing, or heat transfer, according to customer requests. This is ideal for bulk order sunglasses and custom sunglasses with logos.

6. Inspection and Delivery
